We have been with Community Insurance for over 20 years here in Audubon. Cynthia Hller has been our agent for as long as I can remember. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to help has made it easy to continue to be a Community Insurance customer. Within the last 8 months we have had 2 issues with our vehicles. The first involved the front seats being stolen out of our daughter's car in California. We were trying to help her over the phone and Cynthia helped answer our questions outside of regular business hours. In the latest accident, one our our vehicles was rear-ended. The other party was at fault and we needed help to get the claim process started. Cynthia again made the necessary phone calls and within 24 hours the other insurance company had called to set up a time for their adjuster to look at the car.

For over 45 years, the Community Insurance Agency has been a valuable asset to the Coon Rapids and Bayard communities in supporting worthwhile, meaningful and important projects and initiatives.

Having been around CR-B for almost two decades now, it would be difficult for me to quantify the impact that CIA has made for our school and for our students through your generous support.
