The Community Insurance staff was very instrumental in the success of our recent capital campaign to construct an assisted living facility attached to Thomas Rest Haven.  Larry Schwenk, John Hyland and Gayla McCool served on the campaign steering committee and the agency also contributed a generous cash donation to the project. It is outstanding that three members of this small agency served in that capacity!  The campaign’s goal was $290,000 and it was a contribution solicited by John that actually put the campaign over its goal in less than four months! 

The assistance provided by these three dedicated agency personnel proved to be invaluable to our campaign and to the very successful ground breaking ceremony that followed.  Community Insurance has always provided superior service to us as our worker compensation agent, and their volunteer efforts in this campaign is just another indication of the community-minded spirit always exemplified by their quality organization.

You can get everything you need in personal service at the best price from Community Insurance Agency. I know, I’ve been a customer there for 28 years and whether it’s an insurance update or time to file a claim, CIA knows what is best for my insurance needs.

When I had extensive hail damage to both my home and car in May of 2004, I met with the staff at CIA and they really went to bat for me in settling my claim. An adjuster offered me approximately $1,700 for the damages to my home. After visiting with my agent, he personally inspected my house and roof and was able to negotiate an additional $4,300 from my company. I was very happy with my settlement and very happy with the personal service offered by CIA.

I don’t know of many agents who climb on roofs, but mine did.
